The CVS in Three Rivers is working in partnership with the Herts Community Foundation in administering Grassroots Grants funding in the county. Applications from the district will be initially assessed by a local panel before being sent to the HCF for a final decision. The grants committee meets monthly and there is a very quick turn around time.
