Funding Your Grassroots
The Hertfordshire Funding Fair is now open to bookings. This is an annual fair at the Fielder Centre, Hatfield, gathering together a number of funding agencies and advice networks to help take some of the mystery away from fundraising. This is an excellent opportunity to find out a lot in a short space of time and to make valuable contacts.
This year's fair will be used to launch the new Grassroots programme for small community organisations. Grants of up to £5,000 will be available to qualifying organisations. Be one of the first to find out more at the Herts Community Foundation stand.
The Herts Funding Advisers Network will be there, offering quick "surgeries" on your particular funding needs. If we don't have time to fully discuss your group's needs there will be an opportunity to make follow-up appointments.
This is a free training and information day but advance booking is essential.
