This course is relevant to everyone (paid staff and trustees) responsible for managing staff or volunteers.
The course will cover how to do a stress assessment to comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act. In addition you will be shown how to manage your personal stress.

The small print
In the event of a cancellation made within 5 working days of a course or non-attendance on the day, whatever the reason, your payment is non-refundable. In addition, an administration charge of £25.00 will be made to the organisation / individual. This applies to FREE and charged courses.
Your confirmation of booking and all details relating to the training will be contained in the course information, which will be sent to you 10 days before the course date.
We reserve the right to modify the programme. We reserve the right to cancel a course that has fewer than 10 delegates. You will not be charged for a cancelled course and any payment will be refunded.
